(Well, actually I only climbed about 2,000 feet of it since we started at about 12,000 ft.)
I had a wonderful "14er" experience in Colorado this weekend as Mt. Lincoln (and Cameron) was easily conquered. The air is certainly thinner up there than us "low-landers" are used to, but I wheezed my way to the top.
Thanks to my hiking buddies, Mark and Liz. Mark even had a plum for me at the summit.
It is nice however to be back at home with full sea-level atmospheric pressure bearing down on me and pushing more air into my lungs. Thanks additional atmospheric elevation!
